Step 2: Saturate the problem area with the Odor Remover. Use the carpet syringe to douse the carpet pad.

Step 4: Treat the stain. Spray the Stain Remover on the problem area.

I just wanted to thank you for giving me an opportunity to try out the Pet Stain/Odor Removal product. I am the proud owner of an Akita named Toshiro. He is a great dog but sometimes gets so excited to see me when I come home and play that he sometimes has an occasional accident. Since he is a large dog, we are usually talking about a stain the size of a dinner plate or larger. I have tried in vain many times to remove all signs of these accidents and other than renting a steam cleaner and spending hours on the spot to remove the stain, I have not had much success until now. You product was amazing! I tried is out on stains that I could not previously remove using other products such as Nature’s Miracle. Your product not only removed the odor but it completely removed the stain! I can not even tell there was ever a stain there! It was fantastic! It completely removed all signs of the stain, it did not harm my carpet at all and it was so easy to use! I had the opportunity to use the product a few days after we received it. We have two rescue dogs Annie and Gracie. Annie and Gracie are sisters and they are beautiful girls, all black and very similar to flat-coated retrievers. [...] Gracie had a slip up one evening after dinner when she wasn’t let out promptly because we were all distracted with American Idol. Gracie slipped into the dining room and had a major pee session on the fringe edge of my mother in-law’s oriental rug, felt pad under the oriental and the wall to wall carpet under the pad. Oh my, what to do? Well this was the perfect opportunity to do our test; stain on the white binding and 4 inch fringe of the oriental and major area of urine on the carpet and pad. Following the directions, I treated both areas. I used the stain product on the fringe and the odor product on the carpet and pad and hoped for the best. Two days later I checked the area. Oh my, it worked and worked very well I might add. My biggest concern was that the urine might leave a permanent stain on the woven binding and fringe of the oriental, which could have created a problem with my mother in-law, but it is as if it never happened. It has been several weeks now and neither dog has gone back to that area to check, sniff or mark the spot!!!! Needless to say I am very impressed and definitely put my double dog stamp of approval on both products.
