I bought this because I wanted a simple, modern elevated feeder. It's very well made and solid, but I'm not crazy about the mesh pattern on the side. I couldn't see it well in the picture, so when I got it, it was not quite what I expected. However it's not all that bad (I decided to keep it), and it certainly gets the job done. Of course my silly dog now likes to get a mouthful of food, drop it on the floor, and then eat it off the floor which defeats the purpose!

This is a good looking and sturdy product. My almost Newfoundland loves to eat out of it and I am glad that I bought it. I downgraded my rating because 1) I think that it is a little pricey considering that the stand is a simple welded tubing design and 2) the metal bowls rest against the metal frame and rattle as the dog eats. I had to line the inner frame with felt pads to stop the rattling.

Originally purchased feeder for my dog, but my cat likes it as well. Looks great and very easy to keep clean. Bowls are perfect size for water and food. Water stays cool on hot days.
