I absolutely love this feeder ! It is not only adorable, but it is so easy to clean and the best part is that nothing spills out of it. I used to have a big mess on my floor with the regular dog bowls. However, this particular product is made for small dogs only (I have a maltese).

Our 9 year old minature Dachshund started to have intermittent back issues and often gulped air when drinking and eating. We purchased this elevated bowl. She had slowed her eating and drinking and no longer seems to have the gulping air problems, in addition, she hasn't had the back and neck issues. She has been using it for about 3 months. The bowl slides around in the wire cage and rattles some, which our dog doesn't like (she is skittish with noises) other than that it is great! We would definitely recommend this for others. We would like to purchase a second bowl so that we can wash it and not have her thinking she is getting fed, just because we took her bowl.
