    This feeder served all the purposes i was looking for; a sleek looking dog feeder that is raised for the dog's convenience. However, the bowls hold a poor quality for the price, I'm hoping to replace them with something better.

    First of all, I love that the product is NOT made in China. The wood stand is from Canada and the bowls are from India or some other southeast Asian country. The stand is very well made. Since my water is hard, any water that gets on the surface turns white and shows in the grooves of the wood. I think this could have been avoided if the product had a more resilient sealer that filled in the grooves. The bowls are light and feel cheap. They are not as substantial as the stand and they are nothing special or unique. They are stock metal bowls which is a little disappointing given the price of this item. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. It is perfectly at home in my modern loft space. My dog loves it too.

    I searched high and low for a good-looking raised dog feeder for our Shepherd. Believe it or not there are very few that have a sleek sophisticated design for a city dweller (so many country-looking ones). I was so glad when we found this and even happier when it showed up and exceeded expectations. This feeder is beautiful, functions great and our pooch loves it.
