I purchased two of these single bowl raised feeders after getting a water fountain for our two very sloppy and drippy cocker spaniels (also sneezy and doopy, if truth be told). The dining area where their food and water is kept is on the small side so in order to save some floor space real estate we decided to eliminate the "breakfast in bed" tables that had held a food and water bowls for each one.
The included bowls are standard issue, which I appreciate, as they are easy to clean. No nooks or crannies to trap food particles. They are also a bit larger than you might think. The base is quite heavy duty and very attractive. Low on the ornamentation side which is also a benefit in the abilty to keep clean. We also purchased the personalized mats to put under each feeder and they both look really top notch. Everyone that sees them comments on how attractive the arrangment is (and how spoiled rotten the little beasts are).
The only con that I could possibly insert would be not the fault of the raised feeder all by itself, but also due to the pathetic attempts by one of the girls to lick the bowl to death, or until she hits China, even after every last crumb is gone which causes the bowl to rattle quite loudly. A quick fix with a few of the small felt rounds that you can get from the hardware store to quite cabinet doors when closing them easily took care of that issue (not insignificant when you're trying to hold a conversation).
I really like this bowl! I think it's even easier for me to keep it filled b/c I have 3 large dogs that love to slurp it all down! I think it's easier on the dogs to drink from this level as well. The set is very nice, very sturdy so the dogs can't tip it, and doesn't take up much space.
This is a great dog bowl and looks great in our French Country home.

My 11 year old flat coat retriever/aussie shepherd mix started having issues with eating so I ordered the large stand to make eating easier for her. She adapted to the stand readily. The bowl is huge compared to the amount of food I give her, but the height is great. Also I wanted just a single bowl stand rather than a double bowl. This stand fit the bill.
My older lab/mix and young lab love these bowls.
Very attractive, easy to clean and move.
Bowls remove easily for sink or dishwasher cleaning, very happy with the purchase.
Thanks for your products and service.
This raised dog bowl and stand is a big improvement from anything else I've used in 25 years and blends into our household decor seamlessly

Great design and sturdy...won't slide around. Very attractive. BUT, when deciding on which height to buy, don't forget that the bottom of the bowl is the height at which your dog will be eating/drinking...not the height of the stand, hence for my 78lb Lab a 12" stand is perfect but he's actually eating at a 9" height.
One of the feeders was 1" too high for my Frenchie... a friend was easily able to take 1" off the base of the feeder, repalce the rubber feet and it is perfect... good solid product.. I'd recommend it to all my friends

I purchased three of the large size - 2 as food bowls for my labs and 1 for a shared water bowl. The stands are attractive and sturdy, well made. The bowl size works well for water, as they share this bowl and the weight of the water keeps the bowl in place. For food, however, I did not find the bowl satisfactory -- it is much too large (the food looked like a few crumbs in such a large bowl) and the bowl shifted in the stand as they were eating, and the noise scared the dogs at first. My husband thought to put their old, smaller, rubber bottom bowls inside the large steel bowl and that has worked well. Now the bowl is a good size for their food but they get the height to make it more comfortable to eat.
I was so very pleased with the raised dog bowl I purchased. Single raised bowls are hard to find, and I was happy to find one that I actually liked the look of too. My older dog loves it as well...he has several regular water bowls in the house, but most often chooses this one to drink from. Its so much easier for him to get water without having to bend his head way down, and he quickly realized this too!
using raised feeders have helped my other dog w/ digestion so I needed to find a single bowl for the new dog & he loves it.
I really love these. They are so attractive, and I like that they're singles so that you can move them around. I have several for outside.
Using this for water bowl; all the dogs love it, and so do the cats! It's beautiful and functional.
Very Sturdy and Perfect Height for feedings.
I have a Lab and a Vizsla - both still puppies at 8 and 6 months. They both are having an easier time eating with these raised bowls versus bowls on the floor. They have not tipped them over while eating nor do they slide around. They are very well made and worth the money.
I have two mature labs, one with a neck issue. The elevated feeder has been great for both of them. The water goes down the throat, not on the floor.
These bowls are very sturdy and solid. One of my dogs "noses" very agressively at his bowl when it is empty and used to knock his other elevated feeder over; this one stands up to the abuse and never even teeters. The extra one I got for a water bowl also hasn't gone over yet. The other dog is a messy eater, and I was concerned about the cleanability of the decorative wrought iron - I was pleasantly surprised as it cleaned up very easily with a wet rag.
Unfortunately dog's tags hit metal bowl and scared dog at first. We changed out the bowls to resin and he's fine. Provides good alignment for comfort while eating for arthritic dog.
I really like the idea of dogs not having to bend so far down to eat. This design is really nice.
The perfect answer for feeding your Senior dogs. My oldest dog needs her food elevated. Nice product! Nice price!
This product has helped to eliminate neck problems in my old dog. Although the design is simple, I would have preferred an even more simple stainless design.
We have 2 dogs so we required 2 unattached bowls for their meals. The dogs have their personal locations in the kitchen in which to enjoy their meals, so we needed elevated bowls that would complement the kitchen decor and not take up too much room. Having non-solid bases keep the stands from being too massive. The wrought iron is well done and I was very pleased to see that the stands were from Mexico and NOT China! I like the sturdy little turned-out feet on the stands which keep them from tipping over when the dogs lick their bowls clean! And yes, I have recommended them to a friend and she's bought a stand from you!
This item is very attractive as well as functional. I ended up buying two of them!
Didn't particularly care for the metal bowls, so we replaced with ceramic. After lining with felt, got a perfect fit and it also adds some weight to the stand making it even sturdier!
My two Lab's love eating at a higher level and it has slowed them both down so eating time is now no longer one mad gobble. Even the Bull Terrier, who has a lower version eats better with the raised feeder. It's small, compact and easy to buy replacement bowls are easy to find as it's a standard size!
