Our five small dogs love these mats. We have three different sets. The color choices are great to match our house. Our oldest set (probably 2 years old) look just as great as the new ones. They wash and dry beautifully.

I have tried many different pads and they never lasted more than a week or two. My English Springer would find the zippers and tear them apart. This has no zippers and is double sided. I have had it for 2 months and it still look like new.

We have had our black lab for only a yr and have already bought him 2 pet beds and a bath mat. Therefore, we are always leery of buying our 100 lb black lab a pet bed b/c he chews up or tears apart everything w/in a matter of minutes. The 1st thing he tried to chew off was the tag! I am happy to say it(along w/ the rest of the pet bed...)is still intact 2 months later! The cost was a little steep for me, but if it lasts the yr, it will be worth every penny!!!

These mats are great. My dogs love having their own spot, so I put them in my living room. Since they always choose to lay on these it keeps more dog hair off my carpet. I don't consider these thick enough to be an all night bed, but during the day on top of carpet works great. All dog owners in my house ask where I got them.

We just wanted a simple, cushioned spot for our 30lb cattle dog mix to call his own. He loves the bed! It is nothing frilly or particularly cushioned, but he chooses it over the rug at every opportunity. We would definitely recommend it as a simple floor mat or crate liner.

We got the one with the bones and black backing. It is soft and appears very durable. It has already been through one wash, shows no wear, and looks like it will withstand many more with no problems. We have NOT had any shedding problems from the black material on the bottom onto our light-colored carpeting. Annie, our 50-pound Dalmatian, immediately went to it and curled up with no encouragement from us. She seems to like it very much. I think this is going to work much better for us than the foam rubber beds we used to buy. The botton is not very thick, but our mat is on a carpet, so I think she's very comfortable on it.

We bought this to go in Jackson's crate, but we take it to the vet for him to sit on and we take it when we go out of town. He doesn't leave it! I guess he still thinks he's in the crate.
It is easy to wash, and retains the shape and texture. Really worth the money.

This bed I had higher hopes for. I also ordered the safari bed so when I got them both I was disappointed with this one after seeing how great the safari bed was. This one sheds (have black fuzzies all over my white carpet)...it is a cute bone design, I just wish it didn't have the black backing so it wouldn't show up on my carpet so bad

My husband and I have tried many, many different dog beds for my 2 year old black lab. He refuses to sleep on anything but this bed! He folds the corner over and uses it like a pillow! He is a very large Lab and this bed gives him plenty of room to get comfortable. He just loves it and so do I.

My favorite thing about these, apart from the fact that my dogs actually use them, is that they are machine-washable and there are no covers to take off and put back on.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to offer a larger size. I bought the biggest size offered and my Great Danes still hang off a bit. But they do seem to like them a lot.
Also, I'd like to see the price come down a little. These things are great but they can't be all that expensive to produce.

My 6-month old beagle puppy loves his mats (I bought two). He moves it around with him wherever he wants to lay down. The mat has not torn in spite of his constant chewing, and it is so easy to wipe clean when he gets a little dirt on it. When it needs to be thoroughly cleaned, you can simply throw it in the wash and it comes out looking brand new. Great product, much better than the expensive foam beds which are difficult to clean and which you end up throwing away.
