We have a 1 1/2 yr old Lab mix. We have bought him many beds since we adopted him and every one of them have been destroyed by him in a matter of a couple of days. We finally gave up so our poor boy has been laying on our cold hard ceramic floors until we came across the Everlast Dog Bed online. This bed is the greatest thing that we have ever purchased for our pet. The first day we received it, our dog laid on it all day long and would not get up. He absolutely loves it. He did try to bite it for the first few days, but because of the material it is made of he had no luck and finally gave up. This product might seem a little expensive, but believe us it is completely worth it.

I purchased this because my Weimeraner has gotten into the habit of scratching at his bed to smooth it out and sometimes chewing on pieces where his scratch caused a tear.
Using the included stuffing this bed is VERY thick -- too thick, I think, consider the bed is also made of slippery nylon. It does feel very rugged, but my dog ended up chewing off a corner within days of the purchase.
Fortunately, OhMyDogSupplies was GREAT at standing behind this product.
If I were to try this product again, I would either stuff it with something other than what it came with, or I would put in only about half of the provided stuffing.

This is a good bed for young dogs who like to stretch out when they sleep. Great in the summer because of the nylon cover.

I have gone through gazillions of different unsuccessful dog beds that have split open, attracted hair, smelled, and eventually had to be thrown out. My little jackabee, large shepherd mix, and beagle received this bed this season, and it has proved to be the best bed yet for a few different reasons. One, it does not attract hair or derm and therefore does not smell. It's easy to wash, and the dogs love it. All three share the x-large bed each night quite comfortably. The material is the strongest I've encountered yet, [...] I do recommend however that when you purchase it, you must immediately spray it with a chew deterent product because any material is destructible to the determination of a teething puppy. I've found that the chew deterent really helps and makes this bed really the best one I've purchased yet. It is longlasting and good for indoor and probably outdoor use, too. I give it 5 stars.
