This is a wonderful product! Friends have seen it and ordered it for their dogs immediately!
I ordered it for my Great Dane and it has helped her immensely. She was always trying to curl up on the sofa because she was so uncomfortable laying on the ground. I ordered this and she hasn't gotten up on the couch since, and is ALWAYS laying on it!

This is the second Orthopedic bed I ordered. The first one is about 5 years old, and except for the usual wear and tear, it is still in great shape. It does not flatten out after use like most of the other brands. So while it may be a bit pricier to purchase, in the long run you will save money since you won't have to replace it for a long time. I also purchased the ones with the built in pillow for the bedroom, and our dogs LOVE them. It keeps them off the bed and furniture.

We have a 100 lb old Shepherd who could not get comfortable. Now he only sleeps here. We bought 2 more for our other dogs. Our other two guys now sleep more on their beds than ours. This is good!

My only regret is that I didn't get this bed for my 10-year-old shepherd sooner. He just LOVES his bed and none of us thought he would take to it. I find that after a day of running and playing and a good night sleep on his bed he is less stiff the next morning.

My only criticism is that I chose a terra-cotta fabric, and the company used a thick strip of black velcro for the closure: it's unattractive and makes the bed look less well-made. [...]

Daisy and I share her bed at tv time.
We have it in our living room and it looks very nice.
We got the large and it is very roomy for Daisy, who is 85 pounds and loves to stretch out and enjoy.

My 11-year old German Shepherd uses this bed. This is a good bed for dogs with orthopedic issues. It's thick, sturdy and comfortable. When the bed arrived, the egg crate foam insert had a smell that I did not like but has not been a problem for my dog. The cover comes off and on fairly easily for washing. It's a snug fit. I wished it had a liner for the insert to keep it cleaner.

My dog loves his bed. He is a larger older dog with some arthuritus. I could not find a bed of this quality locally. The density, and quality, of the foam is perfect for my dog to get up and down from the bed. I bought a bed locally and my dog did not use it because it was to high and puffy and he did not bother to lay on it at all. I research dog beds on line and this bed seemed like a winner. Construction is great and the memory foam is wonderful. This bed was perfect and worth the money. A great bed that I think any dog would enjoy.
The day I ordered the bed Ghita had major abdominal surgery, she developed GDV. This was the scariest and worst experience I've ever had! She also has arthritis in her hips, so this bed is awesome.
The orthopedic bed was a terrific purchase, I just wish it would have been finished sooner because of the surgery she had, but then again it may have been too high for her at the time.
I can't compare this product to others, becuase this is one that my dog loves, the other store bought beds she doesn't like to sleep on. it was really funny because she laid on the bed the minute I took it out of the box. I didn't expect the bed to be so large and cushy, but it was money well spent.
