100% Uniqueness Guarantee

1. Items covered by this Guarantee must be found for sale, and in stock, inside a chain pet megastore (guarantee does not apply to items offered for sale by the megastore online or through a catalog) within thirty (30) days of the date you receive the item from Oh My Dog Supplies.

2. You must return the item to Oh My Dog Supplies within thirty (30) days of your receipt of our confirmation that the guarantee is applicable. In order for you to receive the one hundred dollars ($100), the item must be in condition to be resold as new. Oh My Dog Supplies shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether the above-stated conditions have been met in order for you to receive the one hundred dollars ($100). You are responsible for the shipping charges to ship the item back to us.

3. Petco, Petsmart and Walmart are considered chain pet megastores for purposes of this guarantee. Additional stores may qualify as chain pet megastores under this guarantee, and such determination shall be made by Oh My Dog Supplies in its sole discretion.

4. Oh My Dog Supplies reserves the right to modify or terminate this Uniqueness Guarantee at any time.

5. Any issue, claim, or controversy concerning this Uniqueness Guarantee shall be resolved by Oh My Dog Supplies in its sole discretion.

Low Price Guarantee

If you find a lower advertised price than our net price on a new, identical product, at a Competitor or Web Competitor within 30 days of making your purchase on our website or through our call center, we will match that price & refund the difference. Net price is calcluated by adding the unit price, shipping price, and any related fees when comparing to a Web Competitor. Shipping is not calculated in Net Price when comparing to a Retail Competitor. Please make sure to have proof of the low price available when requesting your price match. Proof must be in the form of an advertised price on a website, or an advertised price in a print advertisement.

We can not accept proof along the lines of "I saw it in ____ store, call them up and ask." The price must be advertised online or in print.

Oh My Dog Supplies reserves the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to Oh My Dog Supplies in its sole discretion.

Exclusions to the Low Price Guarantee include items sold on internet auction sites or at local or special events (e.g. grand openings, closeouts, clearances, liquidations, anniversary sales, etc). Also, we will not price match taxes, typographical errors or special offers from a manufacturer or competitor. If our Competitor is out of stock, or states in their ad that quantities are limited, the product is not eligible for the Low Price Guarantee. We reserve the right to verify that our Competitor has the product in stock at the low price.

Not applicable when other discounts or promotions are applied.

6 Month Satisfaction Guarantee (Return & Exchange Policy)

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary.

Period:

All returns and exchanges must be received by Oh My Dog Supplies within one hundred eighty (180) days of shipment to you, with the exception of any item sold in the Dog Clothes category. All returns and exchanges on dog clothing must be received by Oh My Dog Supplies within fifteen (15) days of shipment to you.

Prohibited Returns or Exchanges:

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized merchandise
• Gift certificates
• Items in the Clearance Section
  

Unopened Exchanges: No fees will be charged but the cost of shipping will apply.

All items returned to us new, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging may be exchanged, free of charge, for another item. Only the first exchange is free. Customer pays for shipping back to Oh My Dog Supplies, and we will ship the exchanged item back to you but shipping fees apply.

All Other Exchanges: 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will apply.

If you return an item that has been used, opened, and/or damaged in any way, Oh My Dog Supplies reserves the right to allow an exchange, and to charge a 15% restocking fee, or to refuse an exchange of the item (see Policies & Rules, below).

Returns: 15% restocking fee, unless return amount held as in-store credit

No fee incurred for any item returned for store credit will . Any return requesting a refund to a credit card or Paypal account will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds:

You should expect to receive any refund made pursuant to a return or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be received more quickly. If you have not received a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your refund.
