International Ordering FAQ


1. What countries do we ship to?

We ship to any country in the world


2. How do I place an international order?

After adding an item to your shopping cart, there is a button at the top left that says "International Orders." Click this button.


3. What are the shipping costs?

Once you click the "International Orders" button, you will be taken to the shopping cart of our international shipping partner, iShopUSA. When you select your country, their cart will automatically display your shipping cost.

4. How long will it take my international order to get to me?

On the page of the product you ordered, you will see an estimated shipping time. That estimate is for orders to the continental USA. For international orders, add an additional 10-20 business days. Transit times vary by country, obviously, but that will give you a rough estimate.

5. What payment methods are accepted for international orders?

iShopUSA accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Visa/Electron), PayPal and even bank wire transfers.
