OhMyDogSupplies.com process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We ship by the manufacturer via ground service by UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS Ground. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages.
Most items are shipped within 3-7 working days but please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive at your dogs door. Any special ordered items will take longer and delivery times could be as long as 14-21 working days.
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at OhMyDogSupplies.com, please go to our Contact Us select "Expedited Shipping" from the dropdown menu . We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
Oversized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.
Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping charges. These fee will cover any taxes or duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door. Do to items being sent from the directly from the manufacturer. Most items are always in stock but sometime there are runs on an item and it's periodically out of stock. If this should ever happen we will email you right away letting you know when that item will be shipping again.

The items you'll receive are of the high quality products, in excellent condition. 100% guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
If you find a lower advertised price than our net price on a new, identical product, at a Competitor or Web Competitor within 30 days of making your purchase on our website or through our call center, we will match that price & refund the difference. Net price is calcluated by adding the unit price, shipping price, and any related fees when comparing to a Web Competitor. Shipping is not calculated in Net Price when comparing to a Retail Competitor. Please make sure to have proof of the low price available when requesting your price match. Proof must be in the form of an advertised price on a website, or an advertised price in a print advertisement.
We can not accept proof along the lines of "I saw it in ____ store, call them up and ask." The price must be advertised online or in print.
Oh My Dog Supplies reserves the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to Oh My Dog Supplies in its sole discretion.
Exclusions to the Low Price Guarantee include items sold on internet auction sites or at local or special events (e.g. grand openings, closeouts, clearances, liquidations, anniversary sales, etc). Also, we will not price match taxes, typographical errors or special offers from a manufacturer or competitor. If our Competitor is out of stock, or states in their ad that quantities are limited, the product is not eligible for the Low Price Guarantee. We reserve the right that our Competitor has the product in stock at the low price.

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary.
Period:
All returns and exchanges must be received by Oh My Dog Supplies within one hundred eighty (180) days of shipment to you, with the exception of any item sold in the Dog Clothes category. All returns and exchanges on dog clothing must be received by Oh My Dog Supplies within fifteen (15) days of shipment to you.
Prohibited Returns or Exchanges:

Unopened Exchanges: No fees will be charged but the cost of shipping will apply.
All items returned to us new, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging may be exchanged, free of charge, for another item. Only the first exchange is free. Customer pays for shipping back to Oh My Dog Supplies, and we will ship the exchanged item back to you but shipping fees apply.
All Other Exchanges: 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will apply.
If you return an item that has been used, opened, and/or damaged in any way, Oh My Dog Supplies reserves the right to allow an exchange, and to charge a 15% restocking fee, or to refuse an exchange of the item (see Policies & Rules, below).
Any return requesting a refund to a credit card or Paypal account will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds:
You should expect to receive any refund made pursuant to a return or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be received more quickly. If you have not received a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your refund.
All items sold by Oh My Dog Supplies are shipped in their original factory packaging as supplied by the manufacturer/distributor. Items may be returned or exchanged only if in the original manufacturer's packaging and in the same condition as sold, including any instructions and/or documentation, attached tags, etc.
Ohmydogsupplies cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your destructive dog or puppy. Our products we sell are very durable, but are not indestructible. Before ordering, choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your dog or puppy.
